3. Our Role as Consultant and Facilitator
ACE Motoren provides advisory, consultation and coordination services. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise:
- ACE Motoren is not the manufacturer, importer, authorised dealer or registered owner of any new vehicle we help you source;
- the purchase contract is between you and the selling dealer or manufacturer, and their terms govern the sale, including warranty, service and after-sales support;
- ACE Motoren does not act as your agent, trustee or fiduciary.
4. New Vehicles
Availability, allocation, specifications, variants, colours, features, waiting periods and delivery dates are determined by manufacturers and dealers and may change without notice. Our guidance on allocation or timelines is an estimate and not a guarantee.
5. Pre-Owned Vehicles
Details of pre-owned vehicles, including specifications, mileage, condition, accident and service history and ownership, are based on information from the seller, available records and our inspection at the time of listing. They may not reveal every defect or past event. We strongly recommend an independent inspection before purchase. Unless a written warranty is issued, pre-owned vehicles are sold “as is, where is”, subject to any rights you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6. Imported and Special-Order Vehicles

Warranties on films, coatings and products are given by their manufacturers or applicators on their terms and may be void if the treated surface is tampered with or improperly maintained. Cosmetic outcomes may vary, and minor variations are not defects.
9. Registration and Documentation
We assist with registration, transfer, permits and related paperwork under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and applicable rules. Approvals, number allotment and timelines rest with the relevant government authorities, and ACE Motoren cannot guarantee them. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of all documents and information you provide.
